Due to the customized nature of our products, all sales are final.
All Sunshade Solutions products are made-to-order based on client-approved designs, specifications, dimensions, materials, colors, and quantities.

By confirming the order, the client acknowledges approval of all details.
Order Modifications


Any modifications or cancellations must be requested in writing before production begins. Once production has commenced, no changes, cancellations, returns, or refunds will be accepted.


Installation & Responsibility


If installation is handled by the client or a third party, Sunshade Solutions is not responsible for issues resulting from improper installation. Professional installation by our team is recommended to ensure warranty validity.


Shipping & Delivery


Clients must inspect products upon delivery or installation. Any visible damage during transport must be reported immediately and documented at the time of receipt.


Manufacturing Defects


In the rare case of a manufacturing defect, the client must notify us within the agreed inspection period after installation. Our team will assess the issue and provide repair or replacement in accordance with our warranty policy.
